Salesman was great. Asked for floor mats the salesman went and asked told me was ok. Signed contract that even had noted was owed floor mats. Was told next day would have to use points and salesman would pay balance. Will not return to Nesmith for anything. If the manager would have just said no I would have been ok. Don’t like to be taken advantage of

We waited for a call that the part we needed arrived, was told it’ll take a week but ended waiting two months for the phone call. We finally called and it turns out the part was in so made an appt then was told upon arrival for scheduled appt that it wasn’t booked properly so we will have to wait two hours for service. We ended up making a new appt and got everything done and the people were super nice. Maybe our situation was overlooked for some reason and forgotten about but wished it would’ve been handled differently.
