I scheduled an oil change for my vehicle (which is covered under a prepaid maintenance plan) and also asked for the front passenger door to be checked due to a squeak and minor paint damage from rubbing when closing.
I waited onsite, and within about an hour I was told my vehicle was ready. When I spoke with the service advisor, she confirmed the oil change was completed. I then asked about the door, and she realized that request had been missed. I let her know I could wait while it was checked.
The door was then looked at, and we coordinated a time for me to bring the vehicle back for a body shop evaluation regarding the paint damage. I was told everything was good to go.
Later, around 4:30 PM, I received a call stating I needed to make a payment for a cabin air filter replacement. I was not notified beforehand or asked for approval, which is typically done for any additional services. I expressed this concern to the service advisor, and she said she would speak with the service manager to address it.
I am leaving a 4-star review because I trust this dealership with the service on my vehicles.

They started on my car right after I got there so, that was great! There is a nice waiting area with drinks and coffee station.
