LUDOWICI, GA | 2014 GMC TerrainMay 13, 2026My service appointment on 05/08/2026 was not a good experience. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00am on 05/08/2026 for my regular oil change/tire rotation and to fix the tube that drains the runoff from sunroof. I specifically told the service rep, Audrey, that every time it rains, the runoff from the sunroof drains to the inside of my vehicle on the drivers side. I told her that the tube that runs above the drivers side door either came loose or it is clogged. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at approximately 7:50am. After waiting approximately 3 hours, I was told by your service rep, Sabrina, that the technician ran my truck through the automatic car wash and could not find a leak and that GM says that automated car washes can cause leaks do to the mount of air blowing on the seals. I, respectfully, stopped her from continuing and told her that my vehicle has never been through an automated carwash and asked why she was telling me about car washes. Sabrina responded that I stated my sunroof leaks when going through a carwash. I asked her where she got that information from because I never said that then proceeded to tell her exactly where the leaking was coming from (the tube). Sabrina tells the technician what I said and I was told that the problem is being fixed and that I should not have that problem anymore. I was told that the problem should be fixed in about 10 minutes but I was waiting one hour, for a total of 4 hours to have my vehicle serviced; which could have been completed in half that time if Audrey paid attention and did not input incorrect information during scheduling. (I am still trying to figure out how heard "carwash" when I said "raining"). In any case, on 05/09/2026, the problem was not fixed because the leaking is worse. No only is water dripping to the drivers side floor, water is now dripping from where the seatbelt retractor is. In the 10 years I have been getting my vehicle serviced by NeSmith Chevrolet GMC, this is probably my worse experience.Response from NeSmith Chevrolet GMC Inc.

Warranty denied our claim because they took six months to get my motor apart. During that time the vehicle was just wide open torn apart. They claim rust was the issue. Not only am I out a car but y'all were supposed to call us to try and get us into something else. Nothing happened. We've been through the ringer over our vehicle.
